Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 5–9 business days after dispatch

Shipping cost
Shipping is already included in the price shown on the product page. No extra charge is added at checkout.

Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.

Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we send the tracking number to your WhatsApp number. You can track it on the courier's website.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Parcels returned to us because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number, or a refused delivery may be re-sent only after the customer pays the new delivery charge.
